SALISBURY, Md. – The spouse of Salisbury Mayor Jake Day is dealing with drug and associated fees following a criminal research.
Elizabeth Day, 30, is just a real education teacher at James M. Bennett senior high school in Salisbury. On Friday, she turned herself in the Wicomico County Sheriff’s Office, where she had been arrested and faced with one count of attempted control of the managed substance that is dangerous perhaps maybe maybe not cannabis, and something count of adding to the health of a young child. Both fees are misdemeanors. She was launched on her recognizance that is own with test planned for Feb. 3 in Wicomico County District Court.
The fees stem from a study launched after a study had been filed Dec. 9 through the Child Advocacy Center.
Based on court papers, a 16-year-old James M. Bennett pupil told detectives aided by the sheriff’s workplace’s Criminal research Division about a teacher, defined as Day. Court documents state that whilst in college on Wednesday, Dec. 4 or Thursday, Dec. 5, Day approached the student within the hallway and asked for ADHD medicine. Continue reading “James M.
